Viewing global permission sets

Required global permission - Either:

• Create and manage custom permission sets
• Manager user access to Tonic Structural and to any workspace

Displaying the list

To display the list of global permission sets:

1. In the Tonic Structural heading, click Structural Settings.
2. On Structural Settings view, click Access Management.

On the Access Management tab, Global Permission Sets contains the list of global permission sets.

Information in the list

For each global permission set, the list includes:

• The permission set name.
• Whether the permission set is built-in or custom.
• For custom permission sets, when it was most recently modified, and the user who modified it.

The permission set that is assigned to all users is marked with Assigned to all users.

Viewing the details for a permission set

To view the details for a permission set, in the permission sets list, click Settings.

The details panel for a permission set includes:

• The name of the permission set.
• The permission configuration.
