Creating and managing databases

Each project can contain one or more databases, either a local databases or Live Connect database connections.

• A local database generates data within Fabricate
• Enterprise users can also add Live Connect database connections to a project. A database connection is a direct connection to an external database.

Add a local database Create a database that generates data within Fabricate.

Add a database connection Add a connection to an external database.

Rename a local database Change the name of a local database.

Edit a database connection Change the database name or server connection.

Clone a local database Create a copy of a local database.

Delete a local database or database connection Remove a database or connection from a project.
