Navigating project file details
To display the file details, on the project details page, click the file name.
On the file details page:
For a non-paginated file, such as plain text file, the file content displays as a single block.
For a paginated file, such as a PDF, the file displays one page at a time. The page list for the file displays at the left.
In the file content, the redactions are highlighted. The first time you view a file, these are the redactions from the initial Textual scan.
Searching for text
To search for a specific piece of text in a file, type the text into the search field, then press Enter.
If it finds the text, Textual displays the number of matches in the file, you can then navigate between the matches.
Displaying redaction details
When you click a redaction that was added by the Textual scan, the redaction panel displays.
For redactions that Textual added, the redaction panel displays the entity type.
Navigating between file pages
For a paginated file, to jump to a specific page, in the left-hand page navigation, click the page.
Viewing the redaction list
At the right of the file details is the file redaction list.
For a paginated file, the redaction list is grouped by page. For each redaction, the redaction list contains the redacted text, or an indicator that the redaction is for a selected area or the entire page.
The redaction list also lists the assigned reference codes.
To search for specific values in the file, in the search field, type the value text.
