Displaying the list of users

Required global permission: View users and groups

To display the list of Textual users:

1. Click the user icon at the top right.

2. In the user menu, click Permission Settings.

3. On the Permission Settings page, click Users.

Revoking access from a user

Required global permission: Manage users and user groups

To revoke a user's access to Textual, click the Revoke option for the user.

Restoring access to a user

Required global permission: Manage users and user groups

To restore access to a user whose access was revoked, click the Restore option for the user.

Resetting a user password (self-hosted)

Required global permission: Manage users and user groups

On a self-hosted instance, to generate a password reset link for a user:

1. On the Users list, click the Generate password reset link option for the user.

2. On the panel, to copy the password reset URL, click Copy.

You can then provide the link to the user.
