Validate pricing options
Tonic.ai will begin to enforce the Validate pricing plans on May 1, 2024.
Tonic Validate offers the following pricing plans.

Personal plan
The Personal plan is for users who are experimenting with RAG, and is free to use.
It provides access to a limited number of projects and a limited number of runs per month for a single individual.
With the Personal plan, data is retained for a period of 6 months.
Teams plan
The Teams plan is a monthly subscription plan that provides greater access to Tonic Validate. We use an integration with Stripe to manage the subscription payments.
The Teams plan provides access to a larger number of projects and number of free runs per month. You are charged a flat fee for each additional run after that. The projects and runs can be across multiple teams.
With the Teams plan, data is not deleted. You also receive a higher level of support.
Enterprise plan
The Enterprise plan provides access to unlimited number of teams.
An Enterprise can be tailored to your needs. For example, you can customize the number of projects and runs. You also have access to advanced security features, such as role-based access controls and additional authentication providers.
With the Enterprise plan, data is not deleted. You also receive the highest level of support.

tonic_validate SDK
The tonic_validate SDK is our open-source framework to evaluate RAG systems. It includes access to most of Validate's metrics and logging functions.
It is and always will be free for anyone to use.
