Creating a database from a user or auto snapshot

When you start a new Ephemeral database, you can select a user snapshot as the basis for the database.

You can also start a database directly from a snapshot in either the User Snapshots or Auto Snapshots list.

To create a new database from a snapshot on the Snapshots page:

1. On the User Snapshots or Auto Snapshots list, click the create database icon for the snapshot.

2. On the database creation panel, configure:

   • Database name and description

   • Disk space allocation and resources

   • Database expiration

4. Click Start.
