Uploading log packages to Tonic.ai

You can upload log packages for a specific job to Tonic.ai.

You would likely send the log package at the request of the Structural support team, to help to troubleshoot a data generation issue.

To do this, either:

• When you start a data generation job, you can indicate to also send the log package to Tonic.ai. For more information, go to Sending the log package to Tonic.ai.

• From the Reports and Logs dropdown list on the job details view, select Send Diagnostic Logs to Tonic.ai. This option is available for all jobs, whether or not they generated diagnostic logs.

Structural creates the package, then uploads it to an S3 bucket. Packages are removed from the S3 bucket automatically after 30 days.
